"Deposit worked fine, just took a little longer than expected"
I deposited some USDT into my BYDFi account and overall it went through without any real problems. The deposit page was straightforward to use, and I was able to find the address quickly, which I appreciated because I don’t like having to click around forever just to figure out where to send funds.
The only thing was that it took a bit longer than I thought it would to show up in my balance. I’d say it was around 20 minutes or so, and during that time I definitely checked the account a few times just to make sure I hadn’t messed anything up, lol. It wasn’t a huge delay, but when you’re waiting on a crypto deposit, even a short wait feels longer than it probably is.
I looked through the support articles while I was waiting, and they were somewhat helpful for understanding what was going on. In the end, everything showed up fine, so I don’t really have any major complaints. I’d give it 4 stars because the process worked and was easy enough, just not quite as fast as I was hoping.
"Good fiat options, just wish fees was clearer"
I been using BYDFi mostly for when I need to buy crypto with regular money. The card payment worked fine for me, and I liked that there was a few payment providers to choose from.
Only thing is, the fees and limits could be shown better. Some stuff I didn’t really see clearly until I was already going through the payment steps, so I had to stop and check twice before paying.
Overall it worked and my money showed up okay, so no big problem there. I’d probably give it 5 stars if the fiat part was a little more straight forward

"Support helped, but the emails took a while"
I had to reach out to support because I was having trouble logging in. They did get back to me and eventually fixed it, but the email replies were slower than I expected. I also had to explain the issue twice, which was a little annoying. I kept the email receipts/thread just in case, but overall it was fine, not bad, just average. They could definitely be quicker with responses
"Signing up was straightforward"
I made an account on BYDFi today the whole signup process was painless. The email code showed up quickly, the pages loaded fine, and I didn’t run into any confusing steps. I haven’t really used the platform much yet, but at least the registration felt fair and straightforward — which is how these services should be instead of making people jump through unnecessary hoops

"ID verification was SUCH a hassle"
I had to go through the ID check multiple times, and it kept getting rejected without really telling me why. Support did reply, which I appreciate, but most of the advice was basically just to upload it again. It took WAY longer than I expected and was annoying when I just wanted to start using my account. The site works fine once you’re in, but the verification process definitely needs to be clearer

"Works fine most of the time, but has some weird hiccups"
It works okay overall and is mostly stable, but every now and then it just freezes for no obvious reason. That part was weird, especially because everything seems fine right before it happens.

"Costs started to sneak up on me"
The actual trading experience was fine, nothing really to complain about there. But after a while, the fees started adding up more than I expected, especially when I was making trades regularly. It’s not like it was unusable, but I found myself opening it less and less once I realized how much was getting chipped away

"I wanted to like the app..."
I wanted to like the app, but it felt confusing to me. The menus seem kind of all over the place, and even simple trades took longer than I thought they would, well, not impossible, but definitely less straightforward than I expected.

"Pretty straightforward and feels reliable so far"
I’ve been using bydfi.com for a bit now, not a super long time or anything, but long enough to get a general feel for it, and it seems trustworthy so far. One thing I do appreciate is that the fees and the basic platform information aren’t hidden away or impossible to figure out, which makes the whole experience feel a little more transparent. I did have to contact support with a question, and while they weren’t exactly lightning fast, they did eventually get back to me and the answer was clear enough, so I can’t really complain too much there. I’m giving it 4 stars because I do think there’s still room for improvement, especially when it comes to making things easier and more obvious for brand-new users, but overall my experience has been positive up to this point.

"Copy trading has been working okay for me"
I started using copy trading recently it was easy to set up and follow. A few trades seem to lag a little, which I guess is normal? Overall though, it’s been working fine for me so far, and I feel like it’s a decent option if you’re just trying to keep things simple.
"I tried using it, but the whole..."
I tried using it, but the whole interface just feels cluttered and confusing. It took me way too long to find basic stuff, and half the time it felt like I was being pushed through some automated system instead of just getting where I needed to go. Frustrating overall

"My orders went through super quickly"
I placed a few orders and didn’t have to sit around waiting. They went through fast, which made the whole experience feel smooth and easy.

"Security felt kinda weak to me"
I gave Bydfi a try, but the security side didn’t really make me feel confident. A few of the checks were kinda unclear, and I couldn’t find much useful info about how my account would be protected. It might be fine for other people, but I personally didn’t feel that safe using it.

"I’ve been using bydfi for a while..."
I’ve been using bydfi for a while now, and overall it’s been a smooth experience. When I’m trading the main pairs, the liquidity is usually solid and my orders tend to fill quickly without much hassle. I have noticed that some of the smaller coins can feel a bit thinner, and the spreads move around more than I’d like sometimes. It’s not perfect, but for the way I trade, it gets the job done. I’d give it 4 stars.

"Finally found the coins I was looking for"
I started using Bydfi mainly because they actually have a wide list of assets. I’d been trying to find certain coins on my usual app and of course they weren’t available there, which was frustrating. On Bydfi, I found a few I couldn’t get elsewhere, and browsing around is simple enough. I wouldn’t say everything is perfect, but for once I didn’t feel completely limited by the platform...

"I mostly use bydfi on my phone, and..."
I mostly use bydfi on my phone, and the app feels sluggish a lot of the time. The charts can take a while to load, switching between pages sometimes freezes, and I’ve had to restart it more than once just to check an order.
When it’s working smoothly, it’s fine, but with trading, even a few seconds can make you nervous. I’d feel a lot more comfortable if the app was more reliable and gave me a bit more confidence that everything was updating properly. Really hope they improve the mobile experience soon.

"Account restriction was a hassle"
My account ended up getting restricted way too easily, and it took longer than I expected to get everything sorted out. Support did reply, but their answers weren’t super clear, so I was kind of left guessing for a bit. Anyway, the service is still usable overall, but that whole experience was frustrating

"Bonus promo wasn’t as clear as it should’ve been"
I signed up for the bonus and followed all the steps, but then support told me I didn’t qualify. the promo rules felt confusing and a bit misleading. I’m sure I did what was asked, so the whole thing just wasn’t worth the hassle for me.
